I can add to this that IE 11 works fine on my two main work horse PC's. On the primary office PC; Win7P; it was basically unable, IE crashing after logging in almost every time. Was able to resolve the issue by disabling the LastPass Toolbar (LogMeIn Password Manager); in the IE add-ons. Tried disabling the add-ins one by one to see if there was an offender. Last LastPass was the one that fixed the issue. That said, the Win10P Toshiba laptop I'm typing this on is just fine, IE11, LastPass running, no issues.
